On 6 February 2025 President Milei issued DNU 62/2025, substituting Article 11 of Gender Identity Law 26.743. The new text: people under 18 “shall not access” the surgical interventions and comprehensive hormone treatments that article covers — body-adaptation surgeries and hormones.
