Ukraine’s health ministry wrote a clinical protocol.
Order of the Ministry of Health No. 972 of 15 September 2016 approves the unified clinical protocol of primary, secondary, and tertiary care for gender dysphoria (still marked current on the State Expert Centre register). The protocol PDF lists hormonal therapy among medical interventions, names a child psychiatrist on the working group, and routes children and adolescents to specialised psychiatric care.
