Slovakia’s 2025 constitutional amendment is a sex-ed consent rule, and it recognises only two biological sexes.
Ústavný zákon of 26 September 2025 (published as 255/2025 Z. z.; in force 1 November 2025) inserts Article 52a: “Slovenská republika uznáva len biologicky určené pohlavie muža a ženy” — the Slovak Republic recognises only the biologically determined sex of man and woman. The same amendment inserts Article 41(7): education of children in forming intimate life and sexual behaviour may be provided only with the consent of the legal representative. Age-appropriate health-protection, bodily-integrity, and abuse-prevention teaching stays part of general education.
That is an enacted Schools restriction.
