Romania wrote a school ban. The Constitutional Court struck it. That is Schools mixed.
Parliament amended Article 7 of the National Education Law No. 1/2011 to prohibit, in all teaching establishments, “all activities aimed at spreading the theory or opinion of gender identity, understood as the theory or opinion that gender is a concept different from biological sex and that the two are not always the same.” CCR Decision No. 907 of 16 December 2020 (English; Monitorul Oficial No. 68 / 21 January 2021) held that new Article 7(1)(e) unconstitutional. The ban was written. The Court wiped it out.
