The official HA Smart Patient leaflet says the GIC at Prince of Wales Hospital “accepts referrals of clients aged 18 or above from registered medical practitioners in Hong Kong and clinical psychologists of HA.” Assessment is multidisciplinary. Hormones and surgery sit after psychiatric assessment.
