Estonia’s ministry-funded hormone guideline requires adulthood.
The Soolise ülemineku hormoonravi juhend was funded by the Sotsiaalministeerium. It sets the criteria for starting hormones for sex-rejecting procedures in adults. Table 1 includes the person’s adulthood (indiviidi täisealisus). That is Restricted.
Schools. The national basic-school curriculum (Põhikooli riiklik õppekava, Lisa 6; consolidated text) requires human-studies pupils to understand the right of people with different sexual orientation and sooline identiteet (gender identity) to equal and respectful treatment. That is CSE in schools.
